Before we canchange our businesses,before we can successfullylead others, we will
want to learn how to lead, and to acceptthe challenge of growingourselves.
For us to acquire what we don'thave right now, requires us to become more of who we can
become. Doing the same things over and over while expecting different results, is one of
the traps of a mediocre life. One that is too common and too easy to fall into.
Your business (the one you are working at now) has the potential of becoming a great
vehicle & proving ground for you to achieve much of what you want for you & your family.
Change is uncomfortable and hard work when done alone. When you surround yourself
with like-minded people, change becomes easier and happens much faster.
Challenging work? Yes. Impossible work? No. And does not feel at all like work, once have
you created proven success habits!
All that you want will begin to come to you only when you start to really take action on you,
yourself. Foryou to achieve what you now only day-dream about, starts with you learning
and understanding how to magnify the success-gifts the universe has bestowed on you, and
how to minimize your non-gifts, the ones that hold you back.
To make a better you is to take on some of the most meaningful work you ever could do,
and it is your true lifes purpose. To honoryou and the truth of what it means to be
successful, is to be willing to make the commitment that will transform and transport you to
the life of your desires and dreams, and to quit those habits that are not serving you.
You are where you are in your life now because of what you are
currently thinking, saying, and doing. When you begin to truly change
you, your world truly changes. Therefore, for you to get the most out
of life, what you want & desire, you will want to change how you
think, what you say, and what you do.

Team Conversation Mastery is a Life Coaching Course in a Leadership Development
wrapper, a program with the expectation of your immediate implementation and partnership
accountability. Modeling & practice will take place after each conceptis taught in class.
The ability for you to be able to lead others, who do not work for you, is the ultimate test
of your Leadership abilities.
Afterwards you will be expected to self-implement these concepts with your teams, and
then participate in after-action class discussions & debriefings, which starts you out on
the road to mastery.
This program provides you with a personal leadership laboratory, a safe place for you to
come and learn, practice, fail, share, and move forward in your own personal development.
This is not about being perfect, which is a myth. It is about working towards that, with the
expectation that others will see the growth in you.
When you notice youre improving, that is good.
When others notice youre improving, that is very good.
When others notice youre improving and remark on that, then that is Great!
This type of structure will be uncomfortable at first, and yet growth rarely occurs unless
there is some discomfort. Our many student testimonials offer the best evidence that this
truly is the right path to great, direct, and measurable success.
After some of your first classes you will begin to use the leverage that is possible with a
team and quit trying to do everything on your own. Your job is not really to build a business
as much as it is to build a great team, who then builds the business. That can only be
achieved when you realize and encourage your team members to attend these classes as well.

Membership Commitments & Expectations (this is more about you committing to yourself,
to you beginning the journey of creating the best version of you):
To bring meaningful contribution to each class through your completed homework
and role playing.
Attend 80% of all classes.
Participate in all exercises and discussions.
Participate in partnership accountability meetings with your assigned accountability
partner(s).
Encourage your companys Team members to complete periodic confidential surveys
on your personal development.
Participate in periodic confidential surveys of each fellow program members
personal growth.
Maintain an 80% or better scoreon all surveys and exams
Semesters will be made up of 6 sessions over 3 months, with a month off (April, August,
and December) after every semester.
Classes are held between 10am-1:30pm and include lunch as well as all materials, books,
and teaching aids.
The single most important difference between amateurs and elite
performers is that the future elite performers seek out teachers and
coaches, and engage in supervised training, whereas the amateurs rarely
engage in similar types of practices. What is your intuition telling you to
