Dalaw Kalinga Foundation was organized and started in 1997. The foremost function of DKF is to organize and facilitate essential public services to the marginalized people in our community. The main office is situated in Marikina City while 3 branch offices are now open in Urdaneta Pangasinan, Mabalacat Pampanga and Antipolo City,Rizal.
