About
I was appointed the inaugural Hamel Family Chair in Wine Business Education with Sonoma State University in August 2015. Prior to that appointment, I held the MSc in Wine Business, Programme director position with the School of Wine and Spirits Business at the Burgundy School of Business.
I have more than 15 years of academic and market research experience in the wine sector.
I have managed consumer research projects for ZORK (a wine closure in the wine sector), and consumer behaviour research for a number of other organisations across the global wine sector.
I have almost 100 publications, in four different languages, across the trade, consumer and academic fields of wine business.
