Responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring benefits programs and global benefits policies which support company objectives and local practices. Provides HR and management with ongoing consultation and develops processes and tools which facilitate the administration and ongoing management of effective, equitable, and compliant programs. Also ensures adherence to applicable government regulations. Negotiates benefits coverage, services and costs with carriers and brokers. Interacts with internal Dell functions such as legal and procurement to ensure overall compliance and adherence to Dell policies.
