Professional career developed in companies from different segments like retail and outsorcing. Graduated in Human Resources Management. English - Advanced, German - elementary and Spanish - elementary. HR experience in different over the last years, focused in training and development, Performance Appraisal Management, being responsible to implement the integration process and behavior training for new employees. Responsible for improving of the Trainee Program. Experiente with Work Security, HR Administration, Recruitment and Selection (operational positions) and to Implement the HR area in a little Company (100 employees).
