Assoc. prof., dr. Darius Bazaras
Born on the 11th of December, 1970 in Vilnius.
Started his studies in Vilnius Civil Engineering Institute (now 鈥� Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VGTU)) in 1989. In 1994 gained Engineering Diploma and master degree (MSc) in Civil Engineering in 1996. In 2002 became a doctor of technical sciences after defending doctoral thesis.
Works as an associated professor in Transport management department from 2003. Gives a lectures on 鈥淔undamentals of the Logistics鈥�, 鈥淭echnology of cargo transportation鈥�, 鈥淩everse Logistics鈥�.
From 2005 to 2011 holds position of the Vice Dean of the Transport Engineering Faculty.
