I am an expert in coaching teams and have developed a design theory for coaching IT project teams. I am a certified executive coach by the Hay Group and have worked with several top executives on their leadership assessment and development. Prior to moving to management education, I worked as assistant to the Senior Executive Vice President HR at ABN AMRO Bank in the Netherlands where I was responsible for the HR chapters of social responsibility and where I contributed to several global projects focusing on HR dimensions of strategic reorientation of the bank.
