I am a Professional Engineer with a proven record of identifying, assessing, re-engineering and improving business performance goals cost effectively, either as part of a team or independently. As team leader I provide leadership, mentoring and direction and am the calming and focussed presence in times of high stress. I possess excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate concisely at all levels, from junior staff to senior level and across multicultural and multi-discipline teams.
I find mentoring and teaching young engineers a very fulfilling part of my activities and enjoy being a role model to a future generation of engineers.
