I get a real thrill out of empowering people. The most important thing for me is my wonderful wife Elaine. We share the same values. And my step daughter Annie-Marie is a star. I inherited' her when she was aged seven and have always felt enormously priviledged when we just 'clicked'. Annie is 29 now. She is a very lovely person.
