“Make the phone ring!” That was my boss’s motivational mantra to create great marketing programs. This was back in the days when some thought the Internet was just a “fad” that would wear off. It was a very exciting and rewarding job. As the Internet matured into mainstream, I was attracted by the expanded customer reach, efficiency and eventually the data it offered.
