The 5 years have been devoted mainly to Continuous Improvement Coaching and leading a wide range of improvement projects.
Each team develops a project charter which is presented formally to gain agreement from the company’s senior management team who ensure alignment to the overall business objectives.
Appropriate Lean and/or Six Sigma training, in the form of coaching and mentoring, is provided as applicable to their project which includes a formal feedback session to the senior management team via a story board on their project progress (savings and improvements).
