David Chan is currently the Director of Instructional Technology at Evanston Township High School (ETHS). In his first year, he led the District's 1:1 Digital Learning Initiative where over 800 Chromebooks were deployed to all incoming Freshmen. He taught math and science for 10 years before becoming the Technology Integration Specialist for 5 years at ETHS. David is also an online instructor with Northwestern University's Gifted Learning Links program, a technology consultant, and a Google for Education Certified Innovator and Certified Trainer. He presents regularly at local, regional and national conferences on a variety of topics ranging from Google Apps to 1:1 Chromebook deployment.
