David Church currently serves as the Executive Officer for the San Luis Obispo Local Agency Formation Commission (SLOLAFCO). LAFCO is the agency responsible for changing the boundaries of local jurisdictions located within the County. He has 25 years鈥� of public service experience in the planning and administrative fields. Mr. Church has worked for SLOLAFCO for the past 13 years.
