I am a training specialist with a background in social/collaborative learning, industrial organization psychology and workplace accommodation. Over the last year, I've been planning, organizing and creating online training material as part of an international pilot project. Prior to entering the private sector, I taught French 1200 at the University of Guelph, and spent 6 months as an elementary student/teacher through Wilfrid Laurier University. I am passionate about developing and delivering effective HR programs for orientation, onboarding, workplace accommodation and legislative compliance.
