Provided Project Management support for a Fortune 500 client as a member of their Finance Operational Risk team during a major business process inventory risk review. All known business processes for which there was an officially documented Process Risk Self Assessment were documented in a business process inventory. All new processes that were to be considered for a Process Risk Assessment review were to be identified. Processes to be decommissioned or revised or modified according to the way business had changed since the last review were also to be identified.
