I have been involved a wide range of management and consulting assignments including general economic reforms, tax reforms, VAT implementation, and project assessments. I have advised government ministers on policy, operational, and administrative changes including organizational design and the recruitment process necessary to modernize tax administration. I have evaluated the tax revenue systems of several countries and designed general tax policy recommendations as well as specific tax policies that were sensitive to country requirements.
