Leadership Walworth is a community leadership program designed to develop the skills, resources and contacts needed to be success in in elected offices, a successful board member or a leader in volunteer organizations. Its students are typically sponsored by their organizations who view them as high potentials that will benefit from exposure and experience with other leading organizations in the country, with other high potential members in the country and with completing stretch team assignments. This program is part of the Association of Leadership Programs.
