David has been a registered Architect for 30 years, almost exclusively in the management of institutional and educational projects. As a Project Executive for C3, David is responsible for all phases of a project from initial planning concepts through completion of construction and commissioning. David has extensive experience on various Mass. Public and Private projects including residence halls, student centers, sports complexes, academic science buildings, parking garages and site improvements.
