I have been driven by an inner drive to understand why people do what they do and how to grow and change. I have studied practical metaphysics, esoterics natural health, philosophy, psychology, personal growth and spirituality for over 40 years.
I constantly seek new experiences, to constantly expand my comfort zone and to grow through all that I encounter in life. I never want to regret not giving life my very best. I consider all of life to be an adventure through which to interact with others and to enrich who I am.
My vision is to teach [on a much bigger scale] others the knowledge, techniques and strategies to improve their understanding and responses to life.
