It runs competitive, strategic and performance benchmarking studies for companies such as L'Oreal, Coke, Heinz, GSK,, Mars, Unilever, BAT, Colgate, etc. It researches and consults on demand in each region of the world advising clients on restructures, headcount, efficiency and effectiveness in the sales and marketing workstreams.
Projects 2018-19 will be in ANZ, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Saudi Arabia
