About
I've been a reporter for The Wall Street Journal for (gulp!) nearly 30 years now, most of that time writing about the economy, economic policy and the forces that will determine how well our kids live. My goal has been to write (and talk) as if I were sitting across the table from readers, viewers and listeners and telling them, "It's not so complicated. Here's what's really going on." Jerry Seib, my long time colleague, and I share our reporting and analysis in print, pm and wsj.com, Twitter, video and radio. We're now expanding onto Facebook -- so we can hear from and respond to our readers and viewers more frequently.
