Over fifteen years of network and computer systems administration and troubleshooting. Most recently serving as a Technical Support Specialist whose management responsibilities include Active Directory, Exchange, the Storage Area Network (SAN), Citrix XenApp, backup and server infrastructures. Leveraging my Marine Corps Leadership training and experience, I bring a high level of responsibility, communication and accountability to all of my assignments, concentrating on delivering quality results.
