I have been teaching full-time for 11 1/2 years and substitute taught from 1994 through 2003 - 9 years, therefor I have been working in education for the past twenty years.
I have experience with teaching multi-grade as well single grade classrooms for grades 2-8. I am an experienced Instructional Coach, having worked with new and tenured teachers in reading, writing and math. I have successfully worked in low performing/turn-around schools where greater than 90% of the students were classified as English language learners or limited English proficient.
