Responsible for planning & execution of six sigma projects within the organization to achieve excellence in all process with the use of Lean Six Sigma tools viz., KAIZEN, DMAIC, FMEA, 5'S', VSM, Project identification. Need to execute the project with cross functional working, monitoring the project status, giving the reports resulted from excel or Minitab for further actions, brainstorming with team members.
