I am a native Californian. Alumni of San Pedro High and UC Irvine, and then went into teaching and finally administration in Long Beach Unified School District for 25 years. Currently I am the Science Consultant for LA County, coordinating science education for public, private and parochial schools. Each day presents new challenges that tap into my creativity. Love my job! My wife and I live in Orange County with our German Shepherd Kima, our Schnauser "Snoozer," and our two rescued desert tortoises, George and Georgina. No kids, but have nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and try to keep in close touch with relatives, friends, and past students.
