Deborah Secor has over 38 years of experience leading business transformations and Lean improvements at Rockwell Collins. She led the development of enterprise program planning tools and change management. Secor also led Lean strategies and transformation projects focused on reducing cycle times, establishing consistent processes, and reorganizing teams for increased productivity. Her skills include facilitation, communications, process mapping, and Lean tools and methods. Secor has received awards including the Shingo Research Award and was a Lean Advisory Council member until retiring from Rockwell Collins in 2015.
