I have been involved in watershed discussions and activities for 20 years and have a unique background and knowledge concerning these issues, both from a personal and business perspective. Some of my current activities include: • Development of the Pulaski County Resource Assessment for the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission • Coordinate two Mississippi River Basin Initiative project areas in cooperation with the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) • NRCS State Technical Committee (provides guidance on conservation practices and programs offered to landowners which are voluntary and provide cost incentives) • University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture – Counc...
