Ultimate Healing Journey now has a focus on women and women's health, and I have started new programs for everyone (women, men, children, seniors, etc.) under a new title, Health & Happiness Specialist. Laughter Yoga and Healthy Steps are under HaHS, and we've started a new program - Gratitude Program for Kids! I am so excited to show how this new program can benefit our children, schools, families, and community, and I cannot wait to add more programs for all!
