I am a highly energetic recruitment, HR and technology leader that has worked for companies such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, Microsoft and Vordel. I've also ran my own HR and recruitment technology consultancy for 2 years. I am a founder and community manager of two growing LinkedIn Groups. Irish Recruiters which has over 4500+ members and Irish HR which has 3250+ members. Currently helping HubSpot scale their US, EMEA and APAC business and also acting as a trusted advisor of the Irish government's Industrial Development Authority (IDA) to attract new companies to Ireland. In particular, helping these companies think through how to scale quickly their recruitment and people operations.
