Complexity of systems is increasing, and challenges associated with bringing new systems into being are greater than ever, I play an important role of looking at system development from people process technology and knowledge point in view. Having experienced the SDLC cycle twice, my understanding of processes and knowledge of tools gives me an edge. My understanding of the roles and responsibilities of the business analyst-the communication link between IT and all business areas makes me a critical player in project success.
