Came back from Eastern Ukraine (SMM monitor) in June 2015. Experience in CFSP and CSDP (Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and EUMM Georgia). Areas of expertise are EU sanctions policy, EU Strategic Partners, CSDP, post-soviet countries, South Caucasus and gender issues. Currently Arms trade and defense industry researcher.
