Beginning my career as an Auditor with PwC I earned my right of passage into business. I had the privilege of working in accounting/finance/strategy with start up companies for Hilton and Walt Disney Company. Craving something beyond corporate America I became a Jesuit Volunteer and teacher at St Augustine University in Tanzania, East Africa. When I arrived home two years later I challenged myself to stay free, add value based on my experience and help others. In 2005 I joined Vaco (4 offices) and opened Vaco in Florida. 9 years later in Florida we have offices in Tampa, Orlando, and Miami and 30 nationwide.
