My career objectives are to teach others to become teachers of English, to learn from my colleagues, and to encourage foreign English language learners to become better communicators. I continue to take courses to improve myself and become a leader in the field. My experience has allowed me to work in classroom situations with and without textbooks using various course outlines to meet the goals of the instruction.
