Serving as on Extension Community Vitality Team in areas of Engaging Youth and Young Adults and 21st Century Communities sustainability. Also a member of the UNL Extension Entrepreneurship team that has received one of the first Nebraska Rural Futures Institute (RFI) Research Grant to research the best techniques to help communities build capacity in entrepreneur innovation and support through a program called ECAP. Served as a coach with Central City, NE as they worked on strengthening communications and leadership that will continue to vitalize their community and region. Have been part of a team that has created Foundations of Facilitation and a Community Guide.
