成效容易感受到,對於提升工作績效亦有幫助,而更有意願嘗試使用。
行動商務在台灣的發展尚屬新生兒階段,未來的發展態勢如何?是否易於導入?導

Abstract
This study focuses on the concept of creative technology, and combines information
system success model to explore mobile user’s behavioral intention and actual behavior on
mobile commerce system. In order to analyze the relationships between latent variables, this
study applies structured equation modeling(SEM) to probe into all constructs in the model,
and test the casual model. By the result of SEM, we confer that the system, information and
service quality of mobile commerce system, and the relative advantage, complexity,
compatibility and observability , significantly influence mobile user’s behavioral intention
and actual behavior. This study could be the representative research of the following-up
studies concern about Satisfaction, personal and organizational performance.
