I am currently working as Scrum Master on the ground start Configure Price and Quote (CPQ) implementing salesforce Service Cloud for Pearson Education. This includes running daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, release planning, sprint planning, sprint review/Demo and retrospectives.
I specialize in helping teams migrate from waterfall to Agile and hybrid environment. I can train the current team while gracefully and enthusiastically moving to Agile. The team can learn the jargon and the tools, but we must accept the philosophy to be successful.
