I love technology and I'm passionate for people especially software developers. I've worked at various companies and in various environments where scrum hasn't been implemented and in environments where it has. I believe I have a firm grasp on what it means to be a team player including the responsibilities of being a team member as well how a healthy team should function, although there is always room for improvement... always more to learn.
