For close to 8 years I was employed at DCI Group, a public affairs firm in Washington, DC that employs 150 individuals. Unfortunately due to cut-backs, my position was eliminated. I am proud of my work at DCI Group where I upgraded the POP3-based email system to Microsoft Exchange, participated in the design and set up of the co-location environment, re-designed the company network after a total office move, and researched and upgraded the company internet bandwidth, thereby saving the firm thousands of dollars, while increasing performance.
