I am a sincere, hard working person with exceptional devotion to the task that I choose to do. I believe and practice transparency to the highest extent possible, in all administrative actions. The strong conviction and passion to carry out ideas that I believe in, enables me to act courageously in situations that demand the same. An example is that the Director of IIT Madras gave me few hours to feed the victims of the Tsunami in the area around Foreshore Estate in December 2005. In few hours, we delivered hot biriyani (Egg and Chicken) to about twelve thousand fisher folks although there were hardly any shops that were open after the news of the breakout of Tsunami in the afternoon....
