Developed in house ERP system for Stores, Purchase, Sales and Accounting in one year + and implemented which eventually has helped all departments in company in collecting data on daily basis /fortnightly/ monthly and reporting to the Senior Management to take decisions and to upgrade the various strategy including daily fund flow / cash flow.
