In this role, it's predominantly IT Support. Especially, providing support on ETL applications for US based Retailer. This project enabled me to learn how to interact with Customers and got the oppurtunity to learn my Client's Business. In this period I developed ETL jobs using Informatica. And also got exposure on Unix shell scripting.
