I'm a highly motivated UX and service designer who is passionate about extraordinary user experience.
I build and grow products that people love by engaging with users and applying design thinking methods such as user research, co-creation, rapid prototyping, real-world testing and iteration.
My secret passion is enabling people to collaborate and engage more effectively using lean methods and creative, simple tools.
In my "spare time" I co-organise the Global Service Jam in Berlin, the CocoaHeads Apple developer meetup, and UX Camp Europe.
