Diane is a Senior Lecturer within the department of People & Organisations at the Open University Business School. She was Head of Department from Jan 2012 to October 2016.
A widely experienced, teacher, researcher and manager, she is also a Senior Fellow of the HEA and a Fellow of the LFHE (Leadership Foundation in Higher Education).
She led a team of academics through the production of a CIPD accredited MSc (HRM) at the OU which launched in 2014. She will be academic lead on the development of a MOOC with the CIPD in 2017.
