This is mainly due to the lack of systematic and reliable
approach for opticians to select the best office lens for
each customer
Challenges for opticians to sell more office spectacles:
 Lack of expertise on office lens designs
 Current approaches to select an office lens design are
based on unprecise and/or subjective data, i.e. prone to
errors
 Difference of visual behavior between traditional office and
home-office settings is difficult to assess
