In a nutshell my background is that of a business, marketing and communication professional. Influencing human beings to behave in manner that benefits brands, organisations and therefore themselves is what I have done all my life.
My last formal role as an 'employee'​ was one where I was heading the operations of McCann-Erickson India as Senior Vice President in charge of the South. I enjoyed a long and satisfying stint in McCann, where I joined as a junior executive in 1994 and became the head of the unit in 2002 before quitting to explore more lateral growth in 2011.
