Dimitri has 14 years of experience representing major Wall Street firms in regulatory, enforcement, and complex multi-million dollar litigations and arbitrations relating to derivatives, swaps, auction rate securities, CDOs, structured products, underwriting, commodities, equity research and market timing. He has also counseled clients on matters involving private equity, asset purchases, licensing, formation and general corporate governance. Dimitri is the co-founding partner of Reyhani Nemirovsky LLP, a cutting-edge boutique law firm, and was previously part of the broker-dealer practice group at Bingham McCutchen. He began his legal career at Merrill Lynch.
