I am working on EMBRYONIC STEM cells and HUMAN iPS cells. I generated my own lentiviral particles which was good enough for iPS cell generation. Related publications are available on pubmed.
Presently, I am working on stem cell mechanics to understand its potentiality using all the gathered information from GEO database and other research sources to generate pre-primed cells for therapeutic purpose.
