Domingo Villalba Indurria, now Head of SEILAF Forest Fire Training. He has an Engineering Degree in Forestry Engineering by the Polytechnic University of Madrid (1989) and Postgraduate Degrees in Forest Engineering by Valladolid University (2001) He worked in wildfire services (1988-2011) in different command positions at several Spanish province. He has vast experience in fire fighting methods and resources over than 20 years. Officer on leave of Forest Engineer Corps of the Castilla and Leon.
