A Public Affairs professional since August 1971. Graduated Basic Course at DINFOS (Fort Benjamin Harrison) in December 1974. Twenty-one years on active duty, retiring in 2001 as a Master Sergeant. Civil Service since 2003, almost all of it at Fort Belvoir. Started out as Editor of the Belvoir Eagle, then Chief Command Information, now Director of Public Affairs. Married for more than 38 years, Noy and I have three children and six grandchildren.
