My primary academic and professional qualifications are in Finance and Business administration. I have training and experience in Project Management -Finance and Programme Administration. As a result I am knowledgeable about the SADC Secretarial and administrative systems, procedures and operating principles of SADC Secretariat and EU/EDF and other major donor agencies e.g. IUCN, GTZ, DANIDA, ADB.
